His Holiness the Karmapa, Dawa Sangpo Dorje, was twice not allowed by the local authorities to enter in his monastery in Rumtek.The Indian government has still not approved the proposal of Dawa Sangpo Dorje to do a spiritual test to find out the true incarnation of the 17^th Karmapa.The test would be that those who claim to be The Karmapa should wear the Black Hat in this case the false Karmapa would lose his head.It is suggested to bring this cause to a national issue.

The monastery of Rumtek has been constructed by His Holiness previous life.Here in this monastery there is the Black Hat, which it is said, to be made by hair of one hundred thousand Dakini also called celestial beings.It is also found huge amount of treasure of a value of more then one billion dollars.

The reason is why H.H. could not enter Rumtek ist because the Indian Supreme Court awarded in 2004 rightfully the Rumtek Monastery to Karmapa Charitable Trust whose board member ist Shamar Rinpoche accused from Author Lea Terhune of different crimes against Humanity of irrebarable spiritual lost for future generations:

“Shamar Rinpoche was behind the death of Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche in an automobile accident in 1992”

“Along with Topga Rinpoche, Shamarpa sold off a monastery of the 16th Karmapa in Bhutan, Tashi Choling”

“He illegally appropriated for himself the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute in New Delhi”

“He tried to install a prince of Bhutan as the Karmapa”

“He bribed the Indian government”
